How are your food items packaged for shipping?
All perishable items are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at the perfect temperature.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a variety of gluten-free sauces, rubs, and sides. Please check the 'Nutritional Info' tab on individual product pages for details.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure your meal arrives exactly when you need it.
Are your meats pre-cooked?
Most of our signature meats are slow-smoked and fully cooked. They simply require reheating according to the included instructions.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Because our products are perishable and require timely delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address.
How long can I store the food in the freezer?
Our vacuum-sealed products can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months without compromising quality or flavor.
